Thanks to Marina at Coldwell Banker Caribbean Realty we found this hidden gem in Playa del Carmen. We stayed at Casa Catalina L-301 Natz Ti Ha, our accomodations were perfect for 6 of us, the condo was impecable, had everything we need it in the kitchen and enjoyed the gas grill provided, we spend a lot of time sunning on the roof top overlloking the beach.
Our memories will be lasting because we found that staying in a condo is much more comfortable for our family, every bedroom had a lot of space, the living room is very nicely furnished. The pool of this complex is very nice and quiet with many tall palm trees
We cant wait to go back to Playa del Carm and casa Catalina.

Our accomodations at Casa Anatolia in Natz Ti Ha Playa del Carmen were justs as described online, we will be back.

We recently stayed at Casa Lucia and enjoyed the location and amenities provided, from the terrace we had a really nice view of the dolphins activities.We will come back to puerto Adventuras hopefully casa lucia will be available for us again.

Everything we saw online when we booked is true about Casa Anatolia, the living and dining room have quality furniture, I am very particular about bed linens, I had no trouble sleeping the beds are really comfortable had cotton quality linens, bath and beach towels are provided in this condo as well as spa bath products. The kitchen is fully equipped, we used the barbeque grill and enjoyed our terrace a lot. Bertha the caretaker came to our condo with a massage table we loved the relax massage, this is by far the best Playa vacation we had, we have rented in other places and that was not a satisfactory experience as our stay at Natz Ti Ha. We highly recommend Casa Anatolia

We recently spent a week with a group of 6 adults and 6 children. We stayed at the Villa Yalku (a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home with pool) and had a ball. The Villa was amazing and it would had be enough to spend the week there, but it's location allowed for a variety of activities for everyone. At Puerto Aventuras, there are a number of fine restaurants around the Discovery Bay Dolphin Lagoon, the Omni Hotel which has a nice beach with swim up bar and nice reef for snorkeling, there are 2 small groceries, golf and tennis and of course fishing. A 15/30 minute drive is Playa Del Carmen, Tulum, Xhal Ha, and a variety of other attractions. A great family destination! Beats the all-inclusive hands down.

We found the Villa through another site, this rental exceed your expectations. The staff was great, the unit clean and the grounds were fantastic. We hired a cook for New Years Eve (one of the highlights of the trip), swam with the dolphins, went fishing (caught a 45 pound Wa Hoo) and a local restaurant prepared the fish 6 different ways! We did the Coba Adventure, spent a day at the beach in Playa Del Carmen, the ladies went to the spa and still caught 6 football games on TV. for the Kids, the restful vacation started when we boarded the plane for the return flight.

We had wonderful time at Natz Ti Ha and thought it was a beautiful condo. We are back in Illinois where it snowed at least 10" yesterday and we spent our morning shoveling snow. Wish we were back in Mexico!!

We only had 4 beach towels when we arrived, but when I mentioned it to the groundskeeper, he said he would give the message to the right person, and we ended up with many beach towels. Other than the fact that the showers to wash your feet when you come back from the beach do not have any pressure and the water dribbles out, we had no other complaints.

Thank you for all your help in setting up this vacation. You made the process very easy and I will recommend you to anyone who wants to got to that area.

**Marina: My wife and I want to thank you for the magnificent unit you rented to us. All our apprehensions from dealing with you thru Internet dissipated once we entered the condo 305 and made a constat of the unit and it's multiple amenities as per announced and promised by Internet. We think this next month of vacation might be the best vacation ever and believe us we have travelled more than the average. So far, this beats a cruise on a 5 stars ship ...for us!

Anatolia was extraordinary answering our questions and, very rapidly, taking care of providing us with a step ladder for the kitchen and taking care of the hot water problem in a very efficient manner

Naturally all kinds of questions pops up in our minds and would have a few questions in anticipation for future plans. Answers are written in blue.

1- Are small pets allowed in this unit? And, if not, are there any other units (same category) allowing small pets (10 Lbs)? Some of this complex unit accepts small pets

2- Is this condo complex bound to be more occupied in the future as we seem to be the only ones in the complex? In other words, why does this complex seems to be deserted? The complex was recently delivered to owners, the apartments are brand new

3- Are there any possibilities if we were to ask to extend our stay beyond February 18^th? Absolutely !!
