From the villa you can step right onto the white sandy palm fringed Fatima Bay beach. The snorkeling from the beach is fantastic, you will see bright colored fishes and if you are lucky maybe a turtle! The villa is very close to the center of Puerto Aventuras, which is located around a marina where you'll find Dolphin Discovery, international restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques and post office. There is also a Golf course, tennis facilities and skate board park close-by. Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located to take advantage of the many places to visit in the area, including Mayan Ruins, Cenotes, stunning beaches, Eco parks Xcaret, Xelha and dive the beautiful Caribbean or cenotes. Hacienda Del Mar is a 45 minutes drive from Cancun International airport.
